Mc Donald's: Tranic team members were instrumental in bringing Mc Donald's successfully into more than 30 countries, including China. Their scope has covered all aspects of multi-outlet development, from real estate selection to local menu variations to operational management (and much more...). They have been pioneers in road-testing the McCafe concept in Australia, which is now undergoing aggressive worldwide implementation.

Starbucks: Tranic team members assisted the expansion process for Starbucks worldwide, and notably in Asia, identifying the right partners and supporting them until the standards of the brand were met.

Hotels: Tranic team members have developed new hotel brands in Asia and helped established brands such as Inter Continental and Shangri-La expand with replicable brand identity and marketing tools.
